After a fire destroyed my father’s home, his insurance company offered to build another 5-room ranch style house on the site.  My husband and I decided to  purchase the ruined house from Dad and put a much larger modular home on the existing foundation, utilizing the undamaged septic system.  We knew that this would save us thousands of dollars.

Being first time home-buyers, we were warned by friends that choosing the house, floor plan and interior would be the hardest part.  Not true!  It was so easy to sit down with John and go over our options.  Now we have the house of our dreams!  We would definitely build a modular again and absolutely use Western Hills Homes.
